Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement if you have diabetes or take diabetes medication. Never stop or change your medication on your own. Get urgent care right away for emergency symptoms such as confusion, trouble breathing, fainting, repeated vomiting or a seizure.
Before you pay for any supplement, you want three things in writing: the real total, the exact refund rules, and a way to get your money back if the seller does not follow them. This guide records the prices the seller showed on 12 October 2026, runs the numbers, lays out the return steps in order, and explains the card and consumer protections a U.S. buyer has. Prices and terms can change at any time, so treat the figures as a dated snapshot.
Prices shown on the seller's page (12 October 2026)
| Package | Price per bottle | Seller's total | Shipping | Supply the seller states | Our cost per day* |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles | $79 | $158 | $9.99 | 60 days | about $2.80 ($167.99 / 60) |
| 3 bottles | $69 | $207 | Free | 90 days | about $2.30 ($207 / 90) |
| 6 bottles | $49 | $294 | Free | 180 days | about $1.63 ($294 / 180) |
*Calculated by us from the seller's stated supply length, which matches one 1 ml serving a day from a 30 ml bottle. The label allows 1 or 2 droppers a day, so a bottle may last half as long at the higher amount, which would double these figures. We did not measure the dropper.
The "you save" numbers do not match
Next to each package the page shows a crossed-out total and a "you save" figure. The 2-bottle package shows $358 crossed out and then $158, and says you save $780. The 6-bottle package shows $1,074 crossed out and then $294, and also says you save $780. The 3-bottle package says you save $330 next to $537 crossed out and $207. These pairs cannot all be right. The crossed-out prices should not be read as what the product normally costs, so judge the offer by the final total only.
What bigger packages mean for risk
The per-day cost falls as the package grows, but the money you have at stake before you know how you feel also grows. The 6-bottle package is $294 paid at once. If you ever need a refund, the return steps below require you to send everything back and pay the postage. A smaller package limits the amount you could be waiting to recover. That is a budgeting point, not a suggestion about which package to choose.
Where to buy: what we could and could not confirm
- Seller's own page. This is the one place we could confirm sells it. Use the link in the box on this page, then check the address bar and the business name at checkout.
- Amazon, Walmart, CVS and other stores. We could not confirm a listing on any of them. If you find one, check who the seller is, and compare the label against the one described in the ingredients guide.
- Look-alike pages. Many pages use the product name in their address, including free site builders. Those pages are not the seller. Never enter card details on a page that does not clearly show who is charging you.
- Price on a third-party page. Treat any price quoted outside the seller's page as unverified.
The guarantee and how a refund works
The seller advertises a "100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back 60-Day Guarantee". The text next to it says the team will help if you are not satisfied after at least 30 days of continuous use. The returns page, which sits on a different website name than the seller's page, adds the actual steps. Here they are in the order they happen.
- Day 0: order. Save the confirmation email. The 60 days start from the day the order was placed, not the day the bottle arrives.
- Before day 60: decide. The seller says to wait at least 30 days of use before asking. Because shipping time counts against the 60 days, set a calendar reminder for around day 40 so you still have time to act.
- Email support. Put "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your name, email and order number. Keep a copy.
- Ship every bottle back. The page says to send all bottles, empty or not, with the packing slip, and that the seller does not pay return shipping. The return address shown is 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt.
- Wait for the refund. The page says the refund is processed after your package arrives, and that the bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
Things to notice in the terms
Subscription and auto-ship checks
We saw no auto-ship or subscription wording on the seller's page, but we did not place an order and so could not see the checkout screens. Under the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, as the FTC's business guidance explains, a seller must disclose all material terms before taking billing information, get your clear agreement before charging, and offer a simple way to stop recurring charges. See the FTC post "Acc-cen-tuate the negative?".
- Look for pre-checked boxes, "add a free bottle", "protect your order" or "priority shipping" add-ons before you pay. Each one can change the total.
- Read the final screen and the confirmation email for the words "recurring", "monthly", "membership" or "renews".
- Screenshot the order page and keep the confirmation email.
- Check your card statement for the first three months. Note the exact charge name, which may differ from the product name.
- If you see a charge you did not expect, contact the seller in writing and your card issuer the same day.
Protect your card
Pay with a credit card if you can. U.S. credit card billing rules give you a formal way to dispute a billing error. The FTC's guide to credit cards and disputing charges describes the steps:
- Write to the card issuer's billing inquiry address (not the address where you send payments) with your name, account number and a description of the error. Do this within 60 days after the first bill that showed the error was sent.
- Include copies, not originals, of supporting papers: the confirmation, the refund request, the tracking receipt and the seller's replies.
- The issuer must acknowledge the dispute in writing within 30 days unless it is already resolved, and must resolve it within 90 days of receiving your letter.
- Pay the undisputed part of the bill. You may hold back the disputed amount while it is investigated.
Source: FTC, Using credit cards and disputing charges. Rules for debit cards and for services that are not billed to a card differ, so check with your bank. If a seller will not honor its own guarantee, you can also file a report at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and with your state attorney general (find yours through USA.gov).
What to ask support in writing before you order
An email costs nothing and creates a record. Copy these questions into a message to the contact address on the seller's page, and keep the reply.
- What is the legal name and street address of the company that will charge my card?
- Will I be enrolled in any subscription, membership or automatic reorder? Please confirm yes or no.
- What is the exact refund deadline, counted from the order date, and is it extended if shipping is slow?
- Is my original shipping charge refunded? Who pays return shipping for a package of six?
- If I send back bottles after finishing some, is a full refund still given, as the returns page suggests?
- How many days does the seller take to answer a refund request?
If the seller will not answer in writing, treat the guarantee as unproven. If it answers, that email is your evidence if a dispute comes later.
Eight-point checklist before you order
- I have read the full Supplement Facts panel and know what is and is not disclosed.
- I asked my doctor or pharmacist, especially if I take diabetes medicine.
- I know the legal name that will appear on my card statement.
- I saved the price, guarantee and returns pages with today's date.
- I picked a package size I can afford to lose.
- I know the refund deadline and who pays return shipping.
- I used a credit card and set a reminder to check my statement.
- I know I will stop and call a clinician if I feel unwell.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Olivaro cost?
On 12 October 2026 the seller's page showed 2 bottles for $79 each plus $9.99 shipping, 3 bottles for $69 each with free shipping, and 6 bottles for $49 each with free shipping. Prices can change, so confirm on the seller's page.
Where can I buy Olivaro?
We found one seller page and could not confirm any Amazon, Walmart or CVS listing. Be careful with look-alike pages. Check the web address and the seller name before you enter card details.
Is there a subscription or auto-ship?
We saw no auto-ship wording on the seller's page, but we did not place an order, so we could not test checkout. Read every checkout screen and your confirmation email for recurring charges.
How do I get a refund?
The returns page says to email support within 60 days of the order, mark the subject Refund Request, and send all bottles back at your own cost. Keep proof of shipping.
What if the seller does not refund me?
Ask your card issuer to investigate. The FTC says disputes about billing errors should be sent in writing within 60 days after the first bill that showed the problem. You can also report to the FTC and your state attorney general.
